We respect your privacy. Our apps are built to work with minimal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to all apps published by ALMA INNOVATIONS LTD.
What we collect
- On-device settings. Preferences such as durations, sounds, colours, notification times, and profile options are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers.
- Media you pick. If you choose a custom audio track or background from Files or your photo library, the app reads that file on your device. We do not upload your media.
- Crash logs and diagnostics. Apple may provide aggregated, anonymised crash reports and performance data if you opted in to share analytics with developers. We use these only to improve stability.
- Support emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and any details you include. We use this only to help you and to improve the app.
Ready — Health Data
If you grant permission, Ready reads selected Apple Health data including heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and sleep metrics. This data is processed entirely on your device to generate readiness insights. We do not transmit, store on our servers, or sell your health data.
Daily metric snapshots may be stored on-device using Core Data so you can view trends over time. Shared app-group storage may be used to update companion experiences such as widgets and watch complications.
What we do not collect
- No account is required.
- No location tracking.
- No third-party advertising SDKs.
- No sale of personal data.
Payments
Payments, subscriptions, and trials are handled by Apple through in-app purchases and StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment details.
How we use data
- Provide core app features and personalised insights.
- Fix bugs and improve performance using anonymised diagnostics.
- Respond to your messages and support requests.
Data retention
Settings and health snapshots stay on your device until you delete the app. Support emails are kept as long as needed to assist you and meet legal or accounting needs, then deleted.
Your choices
- Remove local data by deleting the app.
- Revoke Health data access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
- Opt out of sharing diagnostics in iOS Settings.
- Email us to request deletion of support correspondence related to you.
Children
Our apps are for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, if changes are significant, we will note them in the app or on this page.
