These terms apply to all apps published by ALMA INNOVATIONS LTD. By using our apps you agree to these terms.
Intended use
Our apps are provided for wellness, focus, recovery, and training guidance. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified health professional before making decisions based on app information.
Apple Health
Some features depend on Apple Health permissions and data availability. If permission is denied or data is unavailable, certain app features may be limited.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, renewals, trials, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple under your App Store account settings and Apple's policies.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in our apps are owned by ALMA INNOVATIONS LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without permission.
Availability
Features may change over time. Access to some features can depend on device compatibility, watch availability, Apple Health availability, and network or App Store services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our apps are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. ALMA INNOVATIONS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
